MEETING LOCATION
The regular meetings of the New Bern Outdoor Adventure Club (NBOAC) shall be held on the third Tuesday of each month at: 7:00 pm at the West New Bern Recreation Center located on 1225 Pine Tree Drive New Bern NC 28562.
Notice: If the West New Bern Recreation Center is closed - meet on the other side of the recreation center under a shelter next to the Kidville Playground.
Changes to meeting dates and locations will be publicized on the NBOAC website and on the NBOAC Facebook page.
UPDATE: - December's meeting of the New Bern Outdoor Adventure Club is cancelled for the holidays and will start back up Jan 16th 2024. Wishing everyone a happy and safe holiday season!

RULES
1. Any individual who subscribes to the purposes and basic policies of the NCOAC may become a member of the NCOAC subject to compliance with provisions of the By-Laws. Membership in the NCOAC shall be available to any interested person without regard to race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or sexual orientation.
Membership in the NCOAC shall entitle each member and the members of each member's immediate family residing at the same residence to participate fully in all NCOAC functions and activities.
2. NCOAC members must be 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in NCOAC trips if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
3. The NCOAC shall conduct enrollment of members at any time.
4. Only members in good standing of the NCOAC shall be eligible to vote at its business meetings. or serve in any of its elective or appointive positions.
5. Membership dues shall be set annually by the officers subject to approval of 2/3 of the membership present and voting at the August general meeting. Membership dues shall be due and payable on or before the 1st day of January of each calendar year. Membership dues in the NCOAC shall be twelve dollars ($12.00) per year.
